Stove & Range Repair — Book a Visit Today
We repair gas, electric, and induction ranges and ovens, and the fastest way to start is to call us and describe what the burner or oven is doing. Most failures are ordinary. A surface burner clicks but never lights, or one oven bakes hot on the left and pale on the right. A glass cooktop element glows dim and then stops. Gas ranges drop the flame at simmer, electric ranges trip a breaker halfway through a roast. Out here grease and fine dust settle into igniter ports and door vents, and a range parked near a garage wall bakes all summer. A visit starts with your description, then we test igniters, elements, sensors, switches, and wiring, and we explain what we find in plain words. Parts get matched to your model.

The stove & range symptoms we hear most
- Burner clicks and clicks but won't light Wet or clogged igniter, cracked spark electrode, or a fouled burner cap
- Oven says preheated but food comes out raw Drifting temperature sensor, weak bake element, or a control board reading wrong
- One glass cooktop zone stays cold Failed radiant element, burned infinite switch, or a broken element connection
- Gas flame is yellow and lazy Air shutter, port blockage, or a regulator and gas supply issue
- Oven door won't unlock after self-clean Stuck door latch motor, thermal cutoff trip, or a control lockout fault
Safe things to check first
Worth a look before you call — sometimes it saves you the visit.
- 1Make sure the range breaker is fully on. A half-tripped double breaker can kill the oven while the burners still work.
- 2Lift each burner cap and grate and reseat it so the slots sit flat over the igniter.
- 3Once the surface is cool, wipe spills out of the igniter area with a dry cloth and let any damp parts dry all the way.
- 4Look at the display and confirm the oven isn't stuck in Sabbath, delay start, or control lock mode.
How it works
- Step 1
Tell us the symptom
Call us or fill in the form and describe what you hear, smell, or see. Water on the floor. A clicking compressor, a burning odor. Small details narrow the cause before anyone drives out.
- Step 2
We schedule the visit
You pick a window that fits your day, and we confirm the make and model so common parts ride along in the van. Tell us if the unit sits in the garage or on the patio. Heat changes what we check first.
- Step 3
Diagnose and repair
Our technician tests the unit, explains what failed, and lays out your options in plain words. Most repairs finish that same visit. If a part has to be ordered, you'll know before we leave.

Stove & Range Repair — quick answers
My oven bakes unevenly. Is that a repair or my pans?
Could be either. Dark pans and crowded racks skew results. But a sensor reading a few degrees off, or a bake element burning weak in one section, gives you steady one-sided browning. We test actual cavity temperature against the setting.
Do you work on both gas and electric ranges?
Yes. Gas ranges bring igniters, valves, and regulators. Electric ranges bring elements, switches, and heavy wiring at the terminal block. Induction adds its own boards and sensors. Tell us which type you have when you call us.
Is a clicking igniter dangerous?
Persistent clicking with no flame means gas may be releasing without lighting. Turn the knob off, let the air clear, and don't use that burner. If you smell gas at all, leave and call your gas utility first.
Should I run self-clean before you come out?
We'd skip it. Self-clean runs extreme heat and often takes out door latches, thermal fuses, and control boards on older ranges. Scrape the cavity by hand instead and let us look at the existing problem first.
Can a slide-in range be repaired in place?
Usually. We pull it forward on protective material to reach the back panel and terminal block. Anti-tip brackets get reattached before we leave. Tight granite cutouts sometimes need extra care, and we'll say so before anything moves.
Do you service all brands?
We're an independent repair company and work on all major stove and range brands. Have the model and serial tag handy. It's usually on the frame behind the oven door or inside a drawer, and it helps us bring the right parts.

Why homeowners call us
- Built for desert heatSummer here punishes appliances. Compressors run long, coils choke on fine dust, and garage refrigerators fight ambient air near 115 degrees. We look for heat-driven failures first, because that's usually where the trouble started.
- Any major brandWe work as an independent company on all major residential brands: refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, and freezers. One crew handles both the kitchen and the laundry room, so you aren't juggling separate calls.
- Straight explanationsYou hear what part failed and why, without a wall of jargon. If a repair doesn't make sense on an aging unit, we say that too. Then you're deciding with real information instead of guesswork.
- Six-state coverageFrom Surprise out across the Southwest, our service area covers six states. The approach doesn't change from town to town: careful diagnosis, a tidy work area, and a clear plan before we start pulling anything apart.
- All major brands, gas & electricWhirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid and more — as an independent repair company.
- Straight answersIf it isn't worth repairing, we'll say so — often on the phone.
